“ I was at falafel n Cafe earlier on lunch, and had a fantastic experience as always and I promised the server I would write a good review as soon as I was able. When I came across the reviews, I saw a one star and read the comment, it was nasty and sounded personal and didn't match the experience I normally have there, then I saw WHEN it was posted, and couldn't help but remember the other unruly customer that was making a scene there while I was in the store. There was a fat, clumpy, unkept woman, screaming on her phone, making a scene. No doubt in my mind that 1 star and comment was made by that customer! Thankfully she got her food to go, as we were all relieved she left, but not before making everyone uncomfortable. The woman working there has the patience of a saint and handled the situation very well. I felt bad she had to deal with such belligerence, but it didn't seem to affect her demeanor any. The food is fantastic with vegan options! I highly recommend the koshary! That's the dish I had and it never disappoints. I encourage everyone to try the food out for themselves . The staff is hard working and friendly. 5 stars definitely ”

The serving was way too big for one of us, so the waiter split the order onto two plates. Excellent taste, great value, and great service. Certainly recommend you stop here. ”
